Due to the rising number of A320FAM eTLB A/C, please make sure to have a valid Log in for the eTLB Crossmos userportal.
The Crossmoss Log In is required for the eTLB activation process as well as for the initialization of eTLB after an EFB AD Replacement or to be able to perform eTLB action orders raised by FRA Troubleshooting.
In order to keep your Log In valid,you have to be logged in one time within 90 days, otherwise your account will be locked and you have to reset your PW.
Please also make sure to be familiar with the eTLB processes in our PM.
